Minimum wages and job security. Privatization of Public Institutions also effect employment relations and trade union rights. Implementation and enforcement of ILO conventions standards. Ratification and Implementation of ILO conventions of the many of the countries.

Q.2: What are the factors that prevent Unions from playing effective role in workers representation, dispute, resolutions and collective bargaining? 1. Lack of Govt. policies. 2. Lack of implementation of labour laws etc. 3. Lack of awareness among the trade union leaders and the workers. 4. Misunderstanding and communication gap among unions. 5.
