5. When is practice? Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays @ 6:45 – 8:15pm
Be at RHS pool by 6:30pm
Saturdays in time to be determined!
Practices will be a little different this year until December!

6. Attendance Policies Attendance will be taken every practice.
(Unexcused) absences will affect relay participation
Relay swim-offs
Club swimmers must attend at least 3 Central practices per month (this policy starts in October).
Notify coaches ahead of time of practices and meets you will miss.
