(A) While the recent study by Liu et al.[3] showed that increased Wnt signaling accelerates senescence, the question remains whether a Wnt inhibitor such as Dickkopf can delay cellular aging. (B) Inhibiting the increased Wnt activity in aged serum restores the regenerative response of stem cells.
