GNI Committee approved, in October 2014, a materiality threshold of 0.1% of GNI.

"List of non-material issues" kept:
will be updated on Circabc at least once a year;
relevant issues from the previous list of actions points not leading to a reservation will be added;
and, the issues on the list will be reviewed at least once every control cycle.

The materiality threshold was applied for 41 issues so far. 37 issues for transversal reservations. 4 issues for specific reservations.

Addresses equal treatment.
Increases transparency and cost effectiveness.  
No cases identified that would require a change of the criterion for insignificance.

Therefore, Eurostat proposes to continue applying the current materiality threshold without any changes.
