The purpose of this class is to help you become more aware of the TLC tools (Thinking, Learning, and Communicating) in your tool box and how to use them in a Top 20 way to create something wonderful.

What to know about the Top 20:
1. Top 20s Think, Learn, and Communicate differently than the Bottom 80. 2. We are all wired to be a Top 20. 3. Being a Top 20 is about becoming better at being you. 4. The Top 20 is not an exclusive club or limited to a certain number of members. There’s room for everybody in the Top 20. 5. Each of us can Think, Learn, and Communicate as a Top 20 and as a Bottom 80.

Choose three or more Star Qualities that you would like to develop more fully in yourself. How can you demonstrate the willingness to work on these Star Qualities? Which NMHs do you most want to avoid?
