Astronomy Club Astronomy Club will Have a Meeting Wednesday, May 3rd from 2:30 to 3:30 in room 733. New Comers are welcome.

Barky Awards This year's Theatre Awards, called the Barky Awards, will be held in the JMRHS Auditorium at 7pm this Friday. It is Free to attend. Awards can go to any JMRHS student who has participated in Theatre this year.

Cinco de Mayo Celebration is May 5th 3-5pm in the school cafeteria.
Admission is 4 dollars. Come and celebrate with us. We will serve tamales, refreshments, candies, chips, etc. Tickets available in room 302.

No prior experience is necessary.
Color Guard Color Guard auditions will be held in the band room May 8th -11th from 4:00-5:30. If you have a background in dance or performance or are interested in being a part of the color guard for the marching band, please show up those dates to audition. No prior experience is necessary.

FCA/YCI is hosting a dodgeball tournament in the Main Gym on May 10th.
Teams must be 6-8 people. Sign up at All participants must be currently enrolled at JMRHS. There is no entry fee.

FCA/YCI Come out and join our Bible club, FCA/YCI, that meets every Wednesday morning at 6:30am in the Main Gym. All are welcome!

Harry Potter Club Come to the Harry Potter Club picnic in the courtyard! This year's theme is "Rep' Your Fandom." Dress your picnic square on May 4th at 3pm with gear and food from your favorite book, movie, or television show. All are welcome. Admission is $2. Club members, remember to turn in your dues. For help or answers to questions, see Ms. Edwards or Ms. Faggart.

NTHS members please report to the auditorium by 5:15 for lineup and practice for our Cabarrus County Schools NTHS inductions and cording ceremony tonight.

Senior Ladies For Senior Ladies who need help getting their white collar sewn onto their gown. Please bring your gown & collar in a bag clearly marked with your name, along with $2.00, to Mrs. Hayes in room 609 by Friday, May 5th. Collars will be attached and gowns will be returned prior to Awards Day.

Tennis Congratulations to Nolan Martino for being selected as the 2017 South Piedmont Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Year! Also, congratulations to Cole Teal, Clay Teal, and Chris Greer for being named to the 2017 South Piedmont Conference Men's Tennis All-Conference Team!

Soccer On Friday night the lady bulldogs tied South Rowan on Senior Night. Robinson was up 1-0 at the half but found themselves down late in the game 2-3 when Lindsey Elias found Lauren Rector for the game tying goal that forced overtime. In overtime both teams battled but the game ended in a 3-3 draw. Scoring goals for the bulldogs were: Madi Kirkman, Giselle Sorlano, and Lauren Rector.

Golf Congratulations to Riley Smith who qualified for states through the regional golf match Monday. At regionals, Garett McConnell also played very well.
