2. Governing Board Policies
Governing Board Policies may be found on the Kyrene Home Page ( under the links for Employees/Board Policy Manual.
Section G of the Policy Manual contains policies that address personnel issues. They provide us with the rules, goals and objectives that govern the employees of the District.
Section A contains policies that refer to non-discrimination and sexual harassment, as well as the District’s educational philosophy, mission, goals and objectives.
Section I contains policies that address the District’s instructional program and goals.
All Kyrene employees are responsible for being familiar with and adhering to Governing Board Policies.

3. Certified Meet and Confer Education Support Professionals (ESP) Meet and Confer Administrative Terms and Conditions
Documents concerning the working conditions, benefits, and salaries of employee groups may be accessed online at the Kyrene Home Page under the Employees link (see links under Organizations/Committees) or on the Human Resource Services Department website.
All Kyrene employees are expected to read and comply with these documents.

4. Information Systems and Educational Technology Resources
Governing Board policy IJNDB and regulation IJNDB-R require employees to adhere to the policies and regulations set forth in the Use of Technology Resources in Instruction. The Kyrene School District Technology User Agreement can be accessed through the Kyrene Home Page under the links for Departments/Human Resource Services/Employee Information and Forms/All Employees. This document is also available on the Technology Department website.
All Kyrene employees are responsible to read and comply with the Technology User Agreement that is made available online to staff and students.
