4. Once bill passes Congress, it goes to the President
Can sign= new law (YAY!)
Veto= sent back to Congress, can be overwritten with 2/3 majority
President has 10 days to act, if not bill automatically becomes law
Pocket veto- President does not sign, Congress adjourns (closes)
Cannot be overwritten
Presidential Veto
