5 Leads on your own listings
Here’s how to manage leads on your own listings, termed “Designated Leads” within Smart Leads: You receive an notification, which you must 'Accept' within 24 hours to access your lead information. Once the lead has been accepted, a lead contact record is automatically created in your Smart Studio CRM. A best-practice Action Plan is automatically applied, generating tasks designed to convert your lead. Log in to your Smart Studio CRM daily to complete any tasks associated with your leads. Use the Action Plan's , text and phone scripts to optimize lead conversion. When a lead is generate on an agent’s own listing, which is termed as a “Designated Lead” within Smart Leads, the agent will receive an notification informing that they have a new Designated Lead. The agent needs to accept this lead to gain access to the lead information. Once the lead has been accepted it will automatically create a contact in My Book in Smart Studio, as well as applying an online action plan with , text and phone scripts to help you convert your leads.
