This is a coast-to-coast competition among commercial buildings to work off the waste and reduce energy and water use.
All commercial buildings can participate.

Baseline and comparative periods are calendar years 2013 and 2014
Registration is open April 16 to May 16 at . We will announce the 2013 winners on April 16 and launch the 2014 competition on the same day.
Competitors use Portfolio Manager to enter buildings into the competition
Promotion via traditional and social media at launch of competition, midpoint weigh-in, and conclusion
On average, participants in the 2012 competition saved $25,000 and reduced energy use by 8% over the one year competition period.
* Top performers must have their building energy data verified by a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect, upon request by EPA, in order to win an award.
