Please return all of these forms by the 1st March at the latest.

4. Packing for the trip… Please be prepared for all weathers.
Waterproofs, warm layers, hats, suncream…
It is helpful if the children help to pack.
Please name everything!

5. Don’t Panic…
If there is anything you cannot get hold of, Stubbington does have some spares.

6. Please do not pack… Electronic items Sprays and aerosols
Too many sweets and snacks…there is plenty of food!

7. On the morning… Drop children off at 8.40am to the hall.
Any medicines to be handed to Miss Smith (girls) and Mr Winterman (boys), with clear instructions for administering.
Pocket money – maximum of £10. Labelled envelope, coins would be appreciated.

8. On the trip… Rooms will be allocated to the children for the trip.
After half term, the children will be asked who they would like to share a room with and we will organise from there.

9. Stubbington Study Centre
While on the trip…
We will update the whole school blog throughout the week, whenever possible.
If there are any problems, you will be called directly.
Please feel free to write a letter to your child, and send it to the Study Centre.

10. At the end of the trip…
On Friday we will be aiming to return to school for 2.15pm.
We will update you on the blog if this changes too much.
Please collect your child from the hall at this time please ensure they sign out with their adult and medicines are collected.
