Share methods to reduce costs in construction of Electricity networks (Ghana, Tunisia, Southern Africa, New Zealand and Australia) Identify issues to be addressed to build viable networks

Session Outline 1. Technical Systems (50 min)
SWS and the Ghana experience Single phase and the Tunisia experience SWER and appropriate engineering 2. Utility "discovers" Low Cost and wants to "do it" (10 min) 3. Economic justification (20 min) Building Viable African Electricity Networks
