Let’s do a T-P-S activity. What does T-P-S stand for? Think-pair-share! First, think on your own and write down your ideas. Next, pair up with a partner and share your ideas. Then we share our ideas together as a whole class. 
So first think on your own for two minutes about what you do to empower young learners in your teaching. Write down two ways you empower them. 
After two minutes, put participants in pairs to share their answers with each other.
Now you have two minutes to share your answers with a partner. 
After two minutes, ask some participants to share their answers.
