Conclusions: Taking a COM class before or completing a COM course during the same term positively impacts the outcomes on the COM Gen Ed Assessment Both freshmen and sophomore level students were stronger in vocal delivery compared to physical delivery (exception of Audio/Visual) Sophomores outperformed new freshman all areas Vocal Delivery is significantly better than Physical Delivery in all areas except one (Audio/Visual)

Suggestions Let’s start with this: what do we need to know to be able to transform our community with regards to Communication? And , , , how will we know we did it?
