5. GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Its position on the market company OPREMA UREĐAJI d.d. has achieved with quality products and strict respect of delivery time and customer requests. Complete process from idea to the final product has to be controlled in each segment. Our marketing department collects information from the market and structures the product. R & D department researches and developes products, and makes a detailed testing in laboratory. Production supported by modern software CAD CAM produces the product, and the whole process is accompanied by intermediate stage and final control. Quality Control System is integrated into entire process. 5

10. 10 Thermodynamic laboratory consists of 3 chambers. Two of them are equipped so that ambient temperature can be held at any temperature between 0-40ºC with tolerance +/-0,5ºC. One of them is equipped so that humidity could be held between 30 – 100%. Laboratory is equipped with water line, controlled temperature (0-40ºC) which is used for thermal load simulation or as inlet water for draw simulation. Data acquisition system is controlled by OMRON PLC C200 Series with analog and digital inputs and digital outputs. All parameters: temperatures, pressures, current, power, power consumption are analyzed by PLC and by SCAD Omron CX-Supervisor tool stored in computer. Furthermore, system has a possibility of managing with tested equipment on the base of input data and previous recorded software. THERMODYNAMIC LABORATORY
