Sugar Cream of wheat Clarified Butter Almonds (After they are put in hot water)

2. Boil half a medium sized pot of water with your sugar and cardamom.
Steps 1. Put almonds into hot water and let sit for five minutes so you can skin them. 2. Boil half a medium sized pot of water with your sugar and cardamom. 2. Put the clarified butter and cream of wheat into a bigger pot. 3. Peel the almonds, finely chop them and add them to the sooji mix. 4. Add the water, sugar and cardamom to the sooji mix 5. Stir together on high until it is thickened. 6. EAT
