Steps to host and join conference call channels from any country
Decide who is to be the Chairperson (i.e. the host) and the Participants
Get the Chairperson code and the Participant code from [Khun Aniruth/Reservation Online in Lotus Notes]
Dial the telephone numbers for your country via accessing this website
Note that there are
Toll-free (Participants dial in at no charge)
Local dial-in (Participants dial in at local call rate)
International dial-in (Participants dial in at international rate. This is in case your country does not have a number assigned)
The Chairperson must dial in first before the conference call could begin
The Chairperson enter the Chairperson code (e.g XX then #)
Then, Participants could join and enter the Participant code (e.g. 8785XX70 then #)
Once the Chairperson leaves the conference call, the session will end
