Will consider Alternate proposal “Program 3” provided a proposal is submitted for either Program 1 or Program 2.
Maintain low fees and high service quality

6. Scope of Services In the form of a Draft Agreement
Will be modified if RFID option is selected
Refuse, Recycling, & Yard Waste collection for SF & MF
Single Family - 1 x per week collection frequency, no more than 2 days per week. (Ex. Tues. and Wed.)
Multi-Family – unlimited x per week collection frequency.
Additional Services to Residents
Christmas Tree Collection (2 weeks after Christmas)
Yard Waste Cart Program (New)
3rd Week of March thru 2nd Week of December

Collection from Village owned public trash and recycling receptacles
23 total cans downtown (14 garbage and 9 recycle).
