4 Current Pricing

5 Service Goals Enter into an exclusive 3 Year License Agreement, with 2 Year Extension option, with a SINGLE Waste Hauler Carry-on existing PAYT system “Program 1” or implement RFID system “Program 2” Will consider Alternate proposal “Program 3” provided a proposal is submitted for either Program 1 or Program 2. Maintain low fees and high service quality

6 Scope of Services In the form of a Draft Agreement
Will be modified if RFID option is selected Refuse, Recycling, & Yard Waste collection for SF & MF Single Family - 1 x per week collection frequency, no more than 2 days per week. (Ex. Tues. and Wed.) Multi-Family – unlimited x per week collection frequency. Additional Services to Residents Christmas Tree Collection (2 weeks after Christmas) Yard Waste Cart Program (New) 3rd Week of March thru 2nd Week of December

Additional Services to Village Collection from Village Facilities (2x week) Village Hall (925 Burlington Avenue),the Police Department (5040 Lincoln Avenue), the Public Works Administration Building (4907 Yackley Avenue and the Public Works Operations Building (4905 Yackley Avenue) and the Lisle Commuter Train Station (1000 Front Street ). Collection from Village owned public trash and recycling receptacles 23 total cans downtown (14 garbage and 9 recycle). Collection from Village sponsored events Event Boxes and Roll-Offs Ex. “Eyes to the Sky”

5 weeks (in November) unlimited properly bagged leaves Amnesty Day Mutually agreeable date PAYT - First 5 units must be stickered Cart Service - unlimited

11 Statistics Note: Does not include stickers sold at Retail Stores, only Village Hall

12 Clarifications Four Lakes Apartments and Condos, largely unincorporated. See Zoning Map recently added to Website. Assumptions and Deviations Confusion (Art. 5, Sec 2.13) Acceptable Bid Security - $10,000 certified check, cashier's check or bank draft. Award Date is 5/21/18, but ideally sooner Service Dates – Pick frequency 1 x weekly on no more than 2 days per week for Single Family. Multi-Family pricing when services more than once per week. Additional schedule to be published as addendum. Pick-up from Village sponsored events Provide Event Boxes and Roll Off Service As of current, only event requiring Roll-Off is Eyes to the Sky Approximately 30 roll-offs needed Special Water Damage Collections (Section 28, Draft Agreement)
