6 Tips for shared Google Docs
Be sure the students share their document with you the day they create it. They should give you “edit” access. Upper right corner of the document

7 Tips for shared Google Docs
You can use “File/See revision history” to see who worked on the project and when. Revision history is available for google drive documents, presentation, spreadsheets etc. Revision history can help teachers catch plagiarism and also verify when students worked on a project.

8 Collaborative Presentations
Students divide the work so that each contributes a part of a larger project. This character traits presentation was a 45 minute project for four students.

9 Plug In Share a document or presentation with someone in the room and type together. Look at the revision history for that doc or another one. Plug in challenges are small tasks teachers can usually accomplish quickly, in the workshop, to get more familiar with the tools. These are suggestions, but you can change and adapt them to work for your staff.
