need for changes in the Technical Guidelines:
a minor bug detected in the Statistical Units model
a bigger issue with the Population Distribution

all cluster themes are Annex III – Member States aim for 2020 deadline
need for a clear message to the community whether or not the changes in the Technical Guidelines are to be processed -> OK
the community awaits changes in the Technical Guidelines before finalizing works with Population Distribution
need for support from INSPIRE MIG-T to carry out the change proposals
