We’re negotiating the collective bargaining agreement for all graduate assistants through 2020.
PRIORITIES:
Preserving GatorGradCare as is: no premiums, no deductible/copay increases
Continued stipend increases
Meaningful movement toward fee relief
Childcare guaranteed
Stronger workplace harassment and discrimination language
Consistent raises for all GAs (no “continuing employee” exemptions)
