9 Fraudulent Document Recognition Training Program
FDR Fraudulent Document Recognition Training Program FDR Level I training introduces the basic techniques of fraudulent document recognition that line level Law Enforcement & MVA staff can employ without the need for forensic tools or expertise. Now I’m shifting from FEWS to Fraudulent Documentation Recognition Training READ SLIDE FDR Level I is focused on examination of overt security features of various U.S. and Canadian identity and vehicle documents and is specifically cited in the Real ID Final Rule as approved for use to fulfill DHS training requirements. FDR Fraudulent Document Recognition – Level I The FDR Level I product suite is broken down into 13 modules: Introduction to Fraud Security Features Birth Certificates Titles and Vehicle Identification Documents Driver’s Licenses and Identification Cards Travel Documents Social Security Cards Non-citizen and Legal Resident Documents Military IDs Canadian Travel, Citizenship, and immigration Documents Canadian Birth Certificates, Driver’s Licenses and Vehicle Documents Counterfeits and Alterations People and Actions READ SLIDE AAMVA Official Use Only

FDR Fraudulent Document Recognition – Level I KEY FACTOIDS: FDR (Levels I and II) are updated annually to keep current with the fast changing document environment. FDR Level 1’s courses range from 30 – 45 minutes each (including a knowledge assessment at the end of each lesson). The FDR training product became more flexible in March 2009 with the launch of the FDR e-learning product. Traditionally strictly a visual presentation, the 2012 FDR Release will include voice narration. READ SLIDE The entire program is deliverable in multiple formats in its entirety or in any combination. These include: PC-Based on CD or Intranet; Learning Management System; or Classroom environment. AAMVA Official Use Only
