7. Things to remember
If you are fastening the booklet with staples on the front or putting holes in, you need to have a gutter.
If you add pages, you need to add in multiples of 4 for two-sided printing.
To add pages with numbers, go to a page with a number and do Ctrl + Enter.

8. Things to remember
When you are printing, divide the number of pages by 4 for the sheets you need. The cover prints last (at least on my printer).
When you are printing, you need to select double sided printing and flip on the short edge.
