3. Panel Sessions - Important dates
Sep. 7, 2015: All Panel Session Proposals to be entered into MIRA
Sep. 21, 2015: All Panelist information to be entered by the Session chair / panelist name, topic, address
Nov. 2, 2015: All Panel Session Chairs must finalize all Panelist information, no changes will be accepted for the program after this date.
Nov. 9, 2015: TCPCs enter complete panel/paper sessions info on Website
TCPC finalizes schedule for Paper/Panel Sessions

4. Papers Number of sessions: ~ 8 forum sessions and 1 poster session
The local technical committee will recruit chairs for forum sessions and coordinate the poster session
July 13, 2015: Paper submission website OPENED to authors
August 10, 2015: Paper Submission website CLOSED to authors
TCPC's start assigning papers to reviewers and panel papers to Session Chairs

5. Papers – Important dates
Aug. 24, 2015: TCPC to make any paper transfers by this date
Sep. 28, 2015: Reviewers recommend to TCPC's that each paper is accepted, rejected or needs revision
Oct. 12, 2015: Authors notified of initial acceptance, rejection or need for revision
Oct. 19, 2015: Revised papers due from Authors - Revised papers to reviewers
Nov. 9, 2015: TCPCs enter complete panel/paper sessions info on Website
Authors notified of final acceptance
Dec. 14, 2015: Draft Program sent to TCPC's for review of Sessions
Jan. 4, 2016: Advanced Program goes onto Website - Program goes into production
