3 Military Housing requirements
Pre-inspection Must comply with all cleaning and vacating instructions prior to being given the evacuation orders. NOTE: Transition process can be slowed down by this process if all requirements are not met. Involuntarily separated are authorized continued use for up to 180 days after separation on a space available basis.

4 Civilian Housing requirements
Notification to the landlord as soon as possible Housing office can assist with any problems that may occur in conjunction with military separation

5 Service Members Civil Relief Act (SCRA)
A law that governs legal protection for member of the US Military to include Reservist or Nation Guard, when in federal service. Allows Service Members to break a lease when they go onto active duty Allows Service Members to break a lease if they receive PCS orders to deploy for a period of not less than 90 days.
