Online Membership Reporting
OMR Online Membership Reporting Updated on 6/29/2010

Logon Screen Logon and Password’s are available for the 5 main chapter officers by calling your representative. It is important to keep PF National up to date on chapter officer changes. Do not use Forgot my logon, Password or Create a new account on the Logon screen. Contact your representative if you do not have your logon or password. Add or Preview Events - Once logged in you will be brought to YOUR CHAPTERS Events List. - Example is for CH0573 - Most of you will find this page blank. Here you will add your new Event by clicking ADD AN EVENT button (in lower right corner).

Add a New Event - Event Type is a drop down box – we have several Event types to choose from: Banquet, Banquet Addition, Chapter Memberships, Library Event, Youth Event, Youth Hunt, Youth Workshop, Shooting Event, Sporting clay, Outdoor Fair, Game Fair, County Fair and Sportsman’s Show/Expo. - Required fields are: Event Type (using drop down box), Date (calendar appears) and Regular and Additional Meals (add 0 at this time). - Event Description, Event Directions and Event Additional Notes are not mandatory. - Contact ID – reflects the Treasurer ID.

Add Attendees - Each letter of alphabet displays a last name of someone affiliated with your chapter – used Letter A as example - Displays by Name or Company (not both) - The column titled - Current Level – reflects what that person is in our database. Note: NM - is an expired member or someone who has done business with PF, maybe in the Market place ordering merchandise.

Add Attendees with Member Levels
- The member level under the ADD to EVENT column always defaults to Associate. (unless they are a life, patron or ringneck/whistler) - This screen shows all the member levels you may choose from to register an attendee. – Notice the Existing Life member. - The check marks are how you will register a member.

Attendees Registered - Here are Anna & Austin Jensen. They are now registered for your Event. Notice Karl & Lorraine Seesser and Cheryl Riley – they are the registered attendees who are Existing Life members - (introducing the next slide) now lets talk about the Update Address / Remove / and Add Comment columns.

Address & Remove Icon Update
- On both the REGISTER MEMBER and the REGISTERED ATTENDEES page – you will be able to: Update an address, phone or – The CHANGE will show on the REGISTERED MEMBER/ATTENDEES pages in BOLD. – In the REGISTERED ATTENDEES tab, a member can be removed if needed by clicking on the red X.

Comments Update - On the REGISTERED ATTENDEES page – you will be able to: Update an address, phone or . The CHANGE will also be displayed in BOLD font. Let’s talk about the ADD COMMENT column: this is the only place to advise PF about duplicates, CORRECT NAME SPELLING, Spouse Name, Parent name and more. To add the total Non-Member attendee count for your event, open the comment box for yourself and type TOTAL ATTENDEES: 138. This number will be recorded for your chapter.

Search for Members by Name
Search by Company or Search by Last Name, First Displays by Last Name then alpha order by First - Search techniques - ****Please help us eliminate duplicates***** - If name is found, just highlight that name, choose the membership level and click ADD SELECTED RECORD TO EVENT button. - If you do not find who you are looking for then click CREATE NEW RECORD.

Create a New Record - Here I’ve added Penny Morgan. Member level always defaults to Associate - Click ADD RECORD -****Again, help us eliminate duplicates – look for Bill vs William, - check your spellings. -****DO NOT USE CAPS

Preview Registered Attendees after adding New Members
-Here is Penny Morgan – now on the REGISTERED ATTENDEES page at the Associate level. -Once everyone is registered, click RETURN TO THE EVENT LISTING button in the upper right corner.

Preview Event - Here you will preview your event(s)
- As you can see, we have 18 OMR PENDING on the Open Events - Click the View Report Button – on this page you will find the Web Event Membership Report and the submit button. Once the submit button is clicked, NO MORE CHANGES can be made on this particular Event.

Submit Banquet This is a great example as it shows an overview of what you may see on your WEB EVENT MEMBERSHIP REPORT. - At the bottom of this page, lower left side, is the SUBMIT button. Verify that the numbers and amounts are correct, then click SUBMIT. IF incorrect, click CANCEL to return to the EVENT LISTING PAGE.

Event Listing Page – Open Events in progress by chapter, Submitted Events by Chapter, Closed or Processed Events by PF National One last look at the Events Listing page. This chapter has: OPEN EVENTS in progress. EVENTS SUBMITTED BY CHAPTER shows six past events complete and submitted to National CLOSED EVENTS – when the VIEW ROSTER button is the only button on display, this tells you PF National has completed the process for your event.
