The mission of the St. Clare Health Club is to learn how to be healthy in body, mind, and spirit and to cultivate a culture of health in the St. Clare School community.

You are interested in learning about health-related topics & how to be healthier.
You are a caring person and are interested in teaching others how to be healthy.
You are interested in a future career in a health-related field.
One or both of your parents work in a health-related field.
You have a medical condition, so you are naturally interested in health.
One of your family members has a medical condition.
You want a healthy club to be in after school with your friends.

Nutrition-related activities/bringing a healthy snack to share to meetings/trying new foods (without known allergens of course!)
Exploring how to use basic medical equipment – stethoscope, blood pressure cuffs, reflex hammer (plexor), etc. Learning how to measure vital signs.
