Description

Description
The bills are charged for using communication and internal lines at fourteen airports that are operated by KAC.

11. Aircraft De-icing Pad Charge
Description
The bills are charged by flight frequency during winter for using the facilities designed to prevent environmental pollution arising from airside de-icing work at KAC airports.

Usage charge = total annual input costs X flight frequencies by airlines during recent winter season
Gimpo Airport: Grant exclusive rights to airlines by district, and impose the total input costs of each district to the users
12. Noise Abatement Charge
Description
The bills are charged for using the noise abatement facilities for aircraft engines at KAC airports.
