Interstate compacts Agreements among states or between states and foreign states. With consent of Congress e.g. Port of New York Authority; Amber Alert System

Full Faith and Credit States must recognize the public acts, records, & judicial proceedings of every other State. Public acts- laws of each State Records- birth certificates, property deeds, marriage licenses Judicial proceedings- court decisions

Extradition Fugitives from justice (those accused of crimes) are returned to the State where the crime was committed to face trial. Example: crime committed in Colorado flees to Nebraska. Nebraska captures individual and returns them to Colorado.

Privileges and Immunities
No State can draw unreasonable distinctions between its own residents and those who live in other States. Exceptions? In State vs. out of State tuition.
