1. Enter APPW into the Quick Access box to set up your Approval Password
Enter APPW into the Quick Access box to set up your Approval Password. You must set up your approval password as soon as possible.

2. Enter either your Colleague User ID or type
Enter either your Colleague User ID or type ... and click OK to select your ID from a list.

3. Click in the box next to your account
Click in the box next to your account. A checkmark will be entered, then click on the Save Selection icon to select your account.

4. Type in a password you intend to use when approving requisitions
Type in a password you intend to use when approving requisitions. This is a password that you create and will remember. Click on OK.

5. You will be asked to re-enter the password you created again
You will be asked to re-enter the password you created again. You must type it exactly the same way you did the first time. Then click OK.

6. You will be returned to the APPW - Approval Password Maintenance screen. Click the Save icon.

7. Click the Update box.
