Learners need to know that setting targets and making plans is about clarifying:
Why – you want to do an activity
What – you want to achieve by the end of the activity
When – you intend to complete the activity
How - you are you going to approach it

To demonstrate my work readiness my attendance needs to improve to meet the College minimum expectation of 89%, this by the end of term, to do so my weekly attendance aim is to attend all my timetabled sessions , including tutorials , maths and English
