14 This screen shows the job list search results
This screen shows the job list search results. If candidates know the position’s ID number, they can enter it in the Keyword or Job Number field on the Search Controls (which were expanded) and quickly get to the position. There are other search features like Job Category and Location if candidate is unsure what they are looking for. Also, if the candidate did not find a particular position they were interested in, there is an option to leave us a profile – where we will notify candidates of matching positions when they open.

15 This is the Job Description
This is the Job Description. There are 3 options on this screen, Apply, Send this to a Friend, or Return to the Job List. If choose to apply, pay attention to the Qualifications section.

16 Login as either a new user, or returning user
Login as either a new user, or returning user. All accounts are based on your address, as this is how we will stay in touch with you throughout the process. If you are a returning user, the system will remember your previous answers and pre-populate this application for you.

17 This is the start of the application
This is the start of the application. Enter in all fields that have an asterisk(*) as these will be important to process your application, and make it easier for our Recruiting Specialist, Hiring Mangers, and School Teams to find/review your information. If you need to stop, you can do so at anytime by clicking on exit. However, at this point your application is not complete and cannot be seen by P&G, and you will need to start over from the beginning. As mentioned before, when you log back in as a returning user, the system will remember your answers up to the page where you left off.

18 When supplying your education information, be sure to view the lists, and select your school / major from them. This will make it easier for the Recruiters and School Teams to find/review your application. However, if your school or major is not listed, you can always enter it in the space provided.

19 Here candidate have to cut/paste their resumes into the box provided
Here candidate have to cut/paste their resumes into the box provided. If they do not have a resume on the computer they are applying from (or have it on a disk that is with them), they can go to our resume builder that will allow them to quickly build a resume that can be cut/pasted. This is so our Recruiting Specialist can search on the resume for specific skill-sets they might be looking for. Candidates can always attach a formatted copy of their resume if they choose.

20 Next part of the application is a short survey, specific to the position. If you are a returning user, you’ll see that those questions which you previously answered are pre-populated for you. Any question that is new to you will be blank – answer them to the best of your knowledge. For this req. you’ll notice questions that are similar to the Qualifications from the Job Description. These short surveys help us to know if you will be a fit for the particular position by whether or not you meet requirements that are set by the Hiring Manager and Recruiting Specialist. Your answers here will determine whether or not you move forward in the process for this particular application.

21 After the survey, please be sure to select how you heard about this P&G position. There are 2 choices that need to be made before you can move on to the next page. At this point, if you chose to exit, your application would not be complete, and P&G could not see your information. Be sure to go on to the next page.

22 This is the last page of the application
This is the last page of the application. If you make it to this point, your application is complete. This screen is reminding you that P&G will send information to the address you used during your application.
