Lead with the POINT Not with background details Audience won’t follow They’re gone when you arrive

Clear and Brief Don’t Forget to ASK State “the end” No “cuteness” No “chatting” Professional Literally ASK “We hope you’ll approve this proposal ….” Call to action : Make decision Identify contact/s Set a date
