20. “Rules” of Artifacts Use
An artifact cannot serve “double duty”
Vary the types of elective artifacts used
- Show an array of skills
Vary the disorder area so that between your required and elective artifacts you have all 9 included at every level (whenever possible)
- Show a breadth of knowledge

21. Like everything else in the world, the levels are subject to change
However, your current level will never change   
