Design a pre-test as a team.
It doesn’t have to be long and tedious.
Gather baseline data.

4. What will we do when they don’t learn it?
An item analysis is completed for unit exams.
Each team member chooses an area of expertise.
Students are divided into areas of need.
Each team member teaches a specific area for those students.
Duration: 3-5 days

5. What Do We Do When They Already Know It?
We all have those students who have mastered the skills.
