Figure 1 Reverse transcriptase quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis of total mRNA extracted from samples derived from women with and without endometriosis with use of probes specific for PR-B or amplifying both PR-A and PR-B (A). Samples also have been subgrouped depending on the phase of the menstrual cycle (B). For each experimental sample, data have been indicated graphically as ratio between relative expression of PR-A and PR-B isoforms. Western blot analysis for PR-A (94 kDa) and PR-B (116 kDa) isoforms (C).
