October 2015: Partnership with Lowe’s for employees in 3 states; in April 2016, expansion to include all employees / dependents nationwide
January / February 2016: Mount Sinai Health System started using Livongo for employees and pilot population health-based contract
April 2016: Closed $50M in Series C funding, including partnership with Humana; strong growth trajectory
