2. Introduction
FUUCA has a set of Sack Lunch committees, one per week, that prepare lunches for ARCH
Committee members receive reminders each Thursday to meet on the Monday of their week.
Members select what items they will contribute to the lunches
A reminder goes out on Sunday listing who is coming and what they are bringing and is sent to each member of the committee
This site will facilitate the process.

8. Conclusion
This site will replace a word-of-mouth system in place. It gives committee facilitators an easy way to add committee members to the reminder list. The members will have a easy way to register the items they intend to bring and inform everyone of their choice in one place.
