Fig 2 Intracapsular atraumatic arthroscopic technique for closure of hip capsule. (A) The Spectrum suture passer is introduced through the lower limb, and (B) suture A is passed through. The suture is then retrieved through the anterior portal. (C) Another suture loop is passed through the superior limb by use of the Accu-Pass device, and this is used to retrieve suture A through the upper limb of the capsule.
