The facility sits on approximately 43 acres and includes an outdoor walking trail and 2 ponds. FREE Classes Body Shred: This class is a full body strength and toning session! Sculpting your body in just the right places, this class uses a wide variety of exercises and equipment. Isolate and define your upper and lower body using hand weights, resistance tubing, and more. Core: A workout for the entire torso, this class focuses on strengthening and toning the abdominal and lower back muscles. Suitable for all fitness levels. Boot Camp: This class is for anyone who wants to improve their overall fitness! This total body strength and conditioning session will keep you moving, working hard and having fun the entire 30 minutes. Each session is a combination of strength, cardio, flexibility, agility, and endurance moves. This class is intended for any level – beginner to advanced! Stretch & Relaxation: You’re guaranteed to feel more relaxed and flexible after this class! Stretch and Relaxation is designed to improve your balance, flexibility, and posture through Yoga-inspired moves. Take a few minutes out of your day to stretch your muscles and relieve stress.
