2. MSGP Annual Report The Annual Report consists of:
A summary of the past year’s facility inspections
A summary of the past year’s quarterly visual assessments
The rationale for why no further reductions are achievable for any 4-sample average benchmark monitoring exceedance for which it is determined that no further pollutant reductions are feasible
A summary of the past year’s corrective actions

3. Filling out the Annual Report Online
The Annual Report must be submitted through the NPDES eReporting Tool (NeT) unless you have obtained an electronic reporting waiver

The following slides describe the process for submitting the Annual Report online

4. CDX
Log in to your CDX account at: cdx.epa.gov

5. CDX To access the MSGP program service:
Click on your associated Role located next to the NETEPAMSGP program service name

6. Select MSGP annual report
On the MSGP landing page, click on the “Actions” drop-down list next to the facility and click “Manage Annual Report(s)”

7. Create Annual Report Click on “Create Annual Report”
Make sure you click on the correct year for which you would like to report by clicking on the drop-down menu next to “create annual report” button

8. Annual Report Click on “Continue” to create a draft report
Make sure you clicked on the correct year

9. Annual Report
After clicking on Continue, you will receive a “Success” pop-up message stating you have created a draft Annual Report
Click “Continue” to access report

11. Certify Annual Report
Certify Annual Report by clicking on “Certify Form”
Click Next

12. Certify Annual Report A pop-up message will appear Read Statement
Click “Accept” to certify form

13. Annual Report certification
Electrically sign to complete Annual Report certification

14. Annual Report certification
A pop-up message will appear stating you have certified your form

15. Annual Report Completed
You will receive an notification attached with a Copy of Record (COR) of your report once you have completed your Annual Report

16. You have successfully completed the MSGP Annual Report!
