What is Lions Club International?

Quick History: Established in 1917 in Chicago by Melvin Jones
In 1925, Helen Keller challenged the Lions to become her “knights of the blind in the crusade against blindness.” After WWII, the Lions Club began a relationship with the UN to cooperate in many humanitarian ventures.

I appeal to you, Lions, you who have your sight, your hearing, you who are strong and brave and kind. Will you not constitute yourselves Knights of the Blind in this crusade against darkness?” Do we wanna keep this?

Wits & Wagers Split everyone into 4 teams. Each team will get a color + 2 dinosaurs Host will ask questions with a # answer. Some questions will be about Lions, some are random. As a team, try to come up with the answer that’s the closest without going over the # and write that answer on the board. (Try to keep your answer hidden until the reveal) [There will be a loose second time limit] Answers are revealed and we start voting Each team gets 2 votes (dinosaurs). The team whose answer that is the closest without going over receives a point for the answer. The team who voted on the correct answer also receives 1 points for each correct vote given.
