Identify & understand the properties of a tessellation & identify them in everyday objects
Analyze the use line, shape, & space in the work of M.C. Escher & apply this style & usage of these elements within a work of art
Create a tessellation by cutting & tapping cardstock & tracing it over the drawing surface with no gaps or overlaps
Transform tessellation it into recognizable object(s) by drawing inside of them & adding color in a checkerboard pattern
