1. Casey Integrated Care Community of Practice Event
The Community of Practice brings together general practice, community health services, hospitals, council services, allied health services, community pharmacies, social services, social groups and others with a view to improving awareness and connectivity in Casey and surrounds.
The next meeting will highlight another patient story and include a panel discussion with service providers from the region. There will also be an opportunity to network and share ideas for person centred care.
Clinicians and leaders from health and social services in the Casey region are invited to attend. Canapes and Refreshments are included.
