So it is the average temperature, cloudy sunny or both, rain or humidity, wind, and barometric pressure over a period of time.

NO!
The difference is that when you talk about climate you throw in the word AVERAGE in front of things temperature and precipitation (moisture that falls from the sky).

7. Things that influence weather and climate
Latitude (determines proximity to the sun’s energy – ex. Equitorial regions are hot)
Elevation (the higher up the colder it tends to be)
Water (proximity to bodies of water = moderating effect on climate – ex. Atlantic and Pacific Coasts have more rain and milder climates)
Ocean Currents (regulate climate by warming or cooling the air above them – ex. Gulf of Mexico brings warm air to North Atlantic)
Winds (prevailing winds like Westerlies, Polar-front Jet Stream push air masses – Jet Stream changes with the seasons)
