2. An Introduction Started in March 2017
Stafford and Rural Homes (SARH) is keen to see BeConnected develop and grow because of the great results so far - recently won regional Tpas award
Over 150 customers registered
Had funding from DCLG through working in partnership with Stafford Borough Council for 12 months ( )

3. Funding Funded for the first year (which ended March 2018)
SARH has provided bridging funding until the outcome of the Big Lottery Fund bid is known
Now in the second stage of the Big Lottery Fund bid process

6. Activities run
Range of activities offered (based on interests and suggestions of customers) including: Arts & Crafts, Coffee and a natter; Exercise classes; Days out to local attractions; Gardening; learning events, such as Get Online
Events are free
Constantly looking for new transport options, as providing transport for customers is crucial to the success of BeConnected

7. Future development Befriending service on 1-2-1 basis
Funding opportunities through constituted group of volunteers
Developing specific interest groups
