2 Start of the project 2016 12 Effective Command assessor were trained by Katherine Lamb to use the assessment tool Change of legislation: 1. and 2. level incident commanders from The Estonian Rescue Board assessment is now once every three years in EASS.

4 E-learning course was created

5 6 hours training day (n=55)
1.5 hours lecture for 4 people to discuss learning from e-learning course 1.5 hours training scenario with one instructor 1.5 hours assessment scenario with two instructors 220 first level incident commanders trained so far, of the 360 employed.

8 Certificate is created and assessment data stored in Effective Command site

9 Questions to discuss Does this type of training enhance mental strength? How to get more teachers to use the virtual simulation tools to create dynamic and complex scenarios? What are the tools or methods to train and assess incident commanders situational awareness?
