Review Student > Profile Tab
The Student Profile tab displays a current snapshot of the student's grades, attendance data, behavior incidents and course work. This is a read-only tab. Student data is organized into cards for each section - Census, In-Progress Grades, Attendance, Behavior and Student To Do. Data is accurate as of the current date.

Ad hoc Reporting - Calendar Selection on Filter Designer, Data Viewer and Data Export
A calendar or calendars can now be selected together when generating saved filters from the Filter Designer, Data Viewer and Data Export tools. Only calendars to which the user has calendar rights are listed for selection. The calendar selected in the Campus toolbar is automatically selected.
7
Ad hoc Reporting: Formatted HTML Display:
HTML reports generated in Ad hoc Reporting can now be displayed in an updated HTML view, where the columns can be sorted, filtered, grouped, reordered or hidden. Users also have the option to export the information to Excel or to PDF.

Federal Chronic Absenteeism
New attendance tools have been added that make it easier to determine student's status of being considered chronically absent. A job runs every night that aggregates entered attendance data from the day before. Results display for each student enrolled so staff can view at a glance if that student meets the definition of being chronically absent. Chronically Absent: misses 10% or more of school days during the year for students who are scheduled into courses a minimum of 10 days. This tally displays on the Student Attendance tab.
9
Attendance Letters: New Absentee Level Type
The Attendance Letter Wizard now includes an option to create and generate letters based on the new Absenteeism Level.
10
New Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) Setup Tool (phase 1):
I will be working with Christina to test this set up and reporting to decide if we will be able to use it for CRDC reporting. Additional CRDC tools will be introduced in future releases. DIRS Extract and School Policies Tab: The DIRS extract has been added to the State Reporting area for Minnesota. This extract allows districts to comply with state and federal reporting requirements for behavior incidents including suspensions, expulsions, and dangerous weapons. It also reports data entered on the new School Policy tab. School Policies Tab: A new School Policies tab has been added for Minnesota to track policies at each school for the DIRS report. If you are interested in this reporting from Campus, please contact me and give me staff to contact for me to begin learning about DIRS and look into this set up.

FRAM/POS updates VPK Schedule Structure under elementary calendars
A new schedule structure has been added to each of our elementary calendars for our early childhood VPK students to be enrolled/rostered into. K-5 will be the default but will also have VPK as an option in the schedule drop down. This same type of set up has been successfully used at the middle school for a couple of years now and the transition went well. Teacher Updates Grade Calc Options Viewing and Scoring Submissions
Individualize Assignments Score Analysis Progress Monitor (standards only) Students (Beta) App
13
Grade Calc Options Added
Campus Instruction > Grade Calc Options Added: Various updates have been made to the Grade Calc Options screen in the Grade Book Added an option to only calculate the student's grade based on the most recent x number of assignments, based on Due Date. Added two new Methods for calculating grades for Standards based grade books: Decaying Average calculates the average, but weights recent scores more heavily. Mean calculates a straight average across scores. Added Fill and Filter options to make setting up calculation options simpler.
14
Viewing & Scoring Submissions Updated to make it more simple and able to score multiple assignments with submissions enabled. This year we were able to add the ability for both students and teachers to link their google drive account to Campus Instruction for assignment submissions. Teachers can access this tool by clicking View Submissions in the Grade Book > Expanded Assignment, in addition to the Control Center and Scoring editor. In the Control Center > Score, an orange dot indicates assignments that have unscored submissions. Teachers view submissions in a simple Google Drive editor, page through submissions in a single view, and enter scores as they go. When a teacher selects a students name in the submission dropdown, a list view of all that student's submissions displays. Teachers can view individual submissions by clicking on them, and then return to the list view using the list button next to the student name dropdown list.
15
Individualize Assignments Ability to create an assignment or edit an existing one and assign it to specific students on your roster with custom dates
16
Score Analysis Available through the Grade Book and Control Center, it allows teachers to view a distribution of student scores on an assignment and visually break down how each student scored. Multiple Assignments Single Assignment
17
Progress Monitor with Portfolio STANDARDS ONLY
This tool allows teachers to see students' assignments and proficiency estimates across standards in a section. From the Progress Monitor, teachers can score assignments, assign new work to students, and review assignments aligned to standards. Click the Portfolio button below a student's name to view a summary of all standards scored for the student, across years and courses, if the teacher has the appropriate tool rights. Teachers can filter student scores and view graphs of performance over time.
18
Student (BETA) App for teachers
This app allows teachers to efficiently view and modify data (if they have the rights) for students within their classes. Using aN auto-complete search bar, teachers can quickly search for and find a student within their classes and view data they have rights to in Campus Tools.
