8 Positioning Patient supine Midline to midline
Tuck chin to OML is perpendicular No rotation or tilt

9 CR is angled 35-40 Degrees Caudad
Entering at the Glabella SID 40

10 What to look for Condyloid processes Temporomandibular fossae

11 Axiolateral 8 x 10 Crosswise 75 @ 5 Shield Marker Hold breath
Collimate to mandible

12 Positioning Rotate the head in a lateral position ( sometime body has to roll) Side of interest on table. Extend neck so no imposition of spine
