Unit 1 week 5- Comprehension skills: main idea and key details, ask and answer questions Genre: expository text, Vocabulary skill: multiple-meaning words, writing skill: sentence fluency, grammar: simple and compound sentences
Vocabulary Words: carved, clues, grand, landmark, massive, monument, national, traces
Spelling words: coast, float, toad, coal, soak, gold, sold, scold, slope, broke, note, bone, slow, show, foe
Reading Log Homework -Students read AR library books for 15 minutes Monday-Thursdays and record information in log. I check it on Fridays.
